About Us
“We,” “us,” or “our” means Barsalou Ventures LLC DBA Morningstar Personalized Apparel (“Morningstar”), with its principal place of business located at 621 2nd Ln, Vero Beach, FL 32962-2934. You can reach us at tshirts@morningstartshirts.com or (772) 569-8412.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, our products and decoration services (screen printing, embroidery, and heat press), our online stores, and our communications with you, including calls and text messages (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, requesting a quote, placing an order, or opting in to receive messages from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services, place an order, or consent to receive text messages from us. By using the Services you represent that you meet this requirement.
Quotes, Orders, and Pricing
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide (garment type, quantities, colors, artwork, decoration method, and turnaround). Pricing is not final until we confirm your order in writing. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, adjust quotes if order specifications change, and decline or cancel any order. Production turnaround times are estimates and begin only after artwork approval and, where applicable, receipt of payment or deposit.
Artwork and Intellectual Property
You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to reproduce any logos, images, text, or designs you submit to us. By submitting artwork, you represent and warrant that you own or are licensed to use it and that its reproduction does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property or other rights. You agree to indemnify and hold Morningstar harmless from any claim arising out of artwork you provide. We are not responsible for verifying trademark or copyright ownership of customer-supplied artwork.
Returns and Product Policies
Because our products are custom-decorated to your specifications, returns, refunds, and reprints are governed by our Return & Product Policies. Please review that page before placing an order.
Text Messaging Program (SMS/MMS Terms)
The following terms apply specifically to our text messaging program and are provided to comply with U.S. carrier and CTIA requirements for A2P 10DLC messaging.
Program description. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Morningstar Personalized Apparel. Messages may include two categories: (1) transactional/customer-care messages such as quotes, invoices, order confirmations, proof approvals, production and shipping updates, delivery and pickup notifications, and replies to your inquiries; and (2) promotional/marketing messages such as special offers and announcements, which you will only receive if you have separately consented to marketing messages.
How to opt in. You can opt in to receive text messages by checking the SMS consent box on our online forms (for example, our Start an Order form), by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts when you speak with our team, or by texting us first to start a conversation. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and your order activity.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Morningstar does not charge for the messages themselves.
How to opt out. You can cancel the text messaging service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a single confirmation message and will not send you any further texts unless you opt in again.

Supported carriers. Carriers supported include, but are not limited to, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and their affiliates and MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Your mobile information and consent to receive text messages will not be sold or shared with any third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your information with service providers who help us operate our messaging program (such as our telephony and messaging platform) solely to deliver messages on our behalf. Payment
Payment terms are stated on your quote or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deposits or full payment may be required before production begins. Financial information is processed by third-party payment processors and is subject to their terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except as required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morningstar will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
