Morningstar printing not only has a selection of clothing that you can customize online, but they are very prompt in their communication, and will respond to your inquiries as soon as possible. The quality of their shirts are also very good, and I enjoy the items that I purchased. I do recommend.
When placing a tshirt order it’s important to have people who actually care about your product as much as you do! I’ve worked with them several times screen printing lightweight bamboo tshirts and they do an excellent job. The screen print itself is suuuuper lighweight and doesn’t add to the weight of the shirt (aka making it hotter to wear).The *only* reason I don’t give them 5 stars is because they misprinted one once (it happens, no biggie). They didn’t charge us to print on that one, but they also also didn’t replace the cost of the shirt. I’ve not encountered this with any other printer I’ve worked with – they’ve always refunded the costs of damaged product.But in terms of quality of work – top notch. I’ve been a long time customer and will continue to be a customer.
They went above and beyond in helping get a surprise order in for my entrepreneur best friend. The quality of the shirts were perfect, the location of the logo, they finished printing early, and even included my personal congratulations note that they hand wrote for me. Excellent service. Overall an okay experience but we probably won’t be back or be recommending them.The process working with Morningstar is slow. E-mails take 1-2 business days for even a simple response and really dragged out the timeline.No samples.Digital mocks are obviously not to scale, but we were not super happy with the sizing of the print or even the quality of the print. Could have been avoided with a sample.No Private label services. Doesn’t offer hang tags/neck tags/hem tags.No compensation. Missing items from our order with no compensation.Their response – !BEWARE!! If 4% OF YOUR ORDER IS DAMAGED/MISSING YOU FRONT THAT COST. !!BEWARE!!
