How do I submit a new customer order?
Log into Printavo and select "New Order" or "New Quote." Fill in customer info, garment details, print specs, and due date. Production receives the job automatically in the queue.
Where do I find approved art files?
All customer art files are in Google Drive under "Art Files," organized by customer name. Print-ready files are in the "Production" subfolder. Always confirm with the customer before using older files.
How do I check a job's production status?
Open Printavo and search by order number or customer name. The status (In Queue, Printing, Finishing, Ready to Ship) is on the order card. For scheduling questions, check with Billy or the Monday.com Production Board.
How do I order blank garments?
Use SanMar or S&S Activewear for standard orders. For rush or specialty items, try Alpha Broder. All receiving goes through Tania — include the Printavo order number on every shipment note.
Who do I contact for IT or login issues?
Reach out to John on Google Chat for website and system issues. For Printavo or account login problems, contact James. Google Chat first — faster than email for internal requests.
Where are forms, policies, and HR info?
In Google Drive — use "Forms & Templates" and "Policies & Procedures" in Company Resources above. For HR questions, contact Bonnie directly.
